Hi . There are lots of things you can do while you wait for your CPAP machine. Probably the most effective is changing your sleep position. Many people find relief by sleeping on their sides. Sleeping with your head elevated can help as well, but you have to be careful not to evevate your head too much. That can make your chin tilt downward and make apnea worse. Here is an article about other lifestyle changes that can help: https://sleepapnea.sleep-disorders.net/lifestyle-changes. Are you waiting for insurance approval? Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
