I’m Jack and I have been using CPAP about 6 weeks or so. I have an SD card and OSCAR.
I’m down here in SW Florida, I’ll be 73 October 3rd and I have read about people who have gotten to the point where they say they can’t imagine sleeping without CPAP!
THAT’S where I want to get!
I’m going through the mask dilemma right now. I just can’t find one that works well enough that I can keep it on all night! So FRUSTRATING!Hi Jack. Welcome! Finding the right mask is probably the greatest challenge for new CPAP users. What types have you tried so far? My husband went through several different masks before settling on the nasal pillow and, even now, he struggles when a particular model is discontinued. He is one of those people you referred to though -- almost 14 years with a CPAP and he can't imagine sleeping without it.
