Gabapentin
Anyone taking Gabapentin to help with sleep issues? I thought the cpap machine would help me sleep through the night. I am still waking up multiple times a night. My sleep dr suggested taking Gabapentin.
I have used Gabapentin since 2009 because I suffer from RLS. I'm not necessarily convinced that Gabapentin is an answer to your situation, but it will help to relax your limbs which may help your fall asleep. Best wishes in your journey.

I'm sorry to hear that. CPAP can be a struggle. Perhaps a different mask or machine might help? I'm not familiar with that drug, Your doctor may know more. I would speak with them. Warmly, Brian (Team Member)
