masks/cleaning
I have just had my new n20 mask and having read the booklet with it, ended up very confused, in the wording regarding cleaning of the mask
cushion, they say not required to clean everyday and must not be submerged, ok but in the preceding page says soak and agitate the cushion, elbow &s/tube in warm water for 10 minutes every day, i have had a n20 mask before and dont remember this advice, seems contradictory.

. How confusing. My husband started off soaking his new mask for ten minutes and doing all that. Then he got lazy. Now he does it every third day or so. I did a bit of research and Resmed provides a video that tells users to soak it (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/eL573UPkLho). Just to be clear, I would probably call Resmed. Sounds like the made a mistake in the instructions. I wish I could be of more help. - Lori (Team Member)
