It's been a complete mess with one of the larger DME companies. I will no longer use them, and unfortunately, I still owe them a lot of money — I am currently looking for a new supplier. I've used a smaller company before, and they were fantastic. Hopefully, with my new insurance, I will be able to use them again. In the meantime, I've been using Amazon. 😷
