Separate Bedrooms for Better Sleep?

Do you and your partner sleep in separate bedrooms? How does sleeping separately impact each person's sleep?

  1. My partner and I do sleep in separate bedrooms and we find its is definitely better for our relationship. For one, I sleep with CPAP, but he snores, which disturbs my sleep. Additionally, he likes to watch TV late at night and I prefer to listen to an audiobook or meditation app before falling asleep. Finally, we wake up at different times because of work schedules. So I highly recommend sleeping in separate bedrooms if entirely possible. Warmly, Vashanti (SleepApnea.sleep-disorders.net Advocate and Team Member)

    1. This was pleasant to read, ; I'm happy for the two of you and hope you're doing well. 🙂 Has your husband considered having a sleep study? Warmly, — Matt G. (sleepapnea.sleep-disorders.net) Team Member.
