Hello and thank you for your question. It's kinda normal and kinda not. There can be some changes that cause you to need extra pressure for say a night. An example would be if you were drinking that evening, your respiratory drive will be more depressed than normal and you may need extra pressure. If you have gained some weight, you could again, need more pressure for that and now you could be snoring. That situations would be a need for more pressure across the board. If you haven't already, you may want to do a couple of things. One would be to have your machine checked to make sure it is performing properly. Your equipment provider can help you there. Another would be to follow up with your sleep physician and let them know your snoring has returned. You could have other symptoms of under treated OSA that may have started to return that you have not even thought about. So I would strongly suggest you talk to your sleep specialist and have them review any compliance data and such to make sure you don't need a pressure change or something on your machine.
