So I tried the cpap route and couldn’t do it, after 3 machines and 15 masks I finally gave up. What I did learn however is incline therapy.

If you have sleep apnea, reflux or snore inclining your bed helps. You can get bed risers that you put under your wheels or posts but I have a purple mattress and I don’t think bed risers would work. There are tons of wedges out there which are great if you sleep on your back but I don’t so I got a full length bed wedge so I can sleep in any position I need to be comfortable. It’s pricy but for me it’s worth better sleep.
Also remember that any time you make a change in your sleep routine, machine change, pressure change, incline your bed....it takes a good three months for you to see how it will effect your body. Happy hunting and I hope you all find relief in some form!
