Has anyone had problems with your ears popping while using the CPAP machine?

  1. I've had this problem, too, sometimes. It's the same experience you get when you're in a plane and the air pressure doesn't match the pressure inside your body. I generally pull my cushion away, plug my nose and VERY GENTLY blow to rebalance the pressure, then replace the cushion while inhaling. That seems to do the trick. 1. Hi andrevarner
I have never had that trouble. If it's happening consistently or more often than not, your doctor might need to change some of the settings in your machine.
I hope that you get your answers. Let us know what you find out.
      Sincerely
