dental device to replace CPAP machine

CPAP treatment is so annoying! I recently swapped out my CPAP for a dental device that advances my lower jaw to eliminate snoring. With a few adjustments to the device I am now CPAP & snoring free! Anyone else tried this?

  1. Hi . How awesome that the appliance is comfortable and effective for you. We've had lots of members who have tried them with mixed results. Success seems to depend largely on comfort. While you wait for feedback from others, I thought I would share with you this article from one of our advocates: https://sleepapnea.sleep-disorders.net/living/first-time-trying-mads. It's part one of a three-part series. I hope the mandibular advancement device brings you good health and high quality sleep going into the new year. Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
