Definitely clean your mask and and hose to keep them functioning properly. Also replace masks regularly because after a while they don't fit properly and eventually leads to not sleeping properly. Warmly, Vashanti (SleepApnea.sleep-disorders.net Advocate and Team Member)

Make mask fit a priority, and be willing to adjust machine settings like ramp, humidity levels and temperature until you find a good match. I write these numbers down to refer to later, as I adjust my settings for humidity and temperature seasonally. --Best, Tamara, SleepApnea.Sleep-Disorders.net community advocate
