How do you clean your CPAP machine?

  1. That is a great question. I follow the manual and use a mild baby soap to clean the tubing and headgear I clean mine twice a week just because it seems I have less sinus trouble when I clean it more often. 1. Hi Tamara

      1. Your machine user manual should give you specifics to answer this, but the quick answer is mild dishwashing soap and warm water works fine weekly to clean out your tubing, humidifier and mask with headgear. I also use a CPAP for my mask and headgear daily and a SoClean machine to disinfect (but the SoClean is totally optional).

Also, these links should help you, too! A well maintained machine with regular replacement of mask cushions etc means your entire PAP setup should last you a long, long time.

        Best wishes,
