I have had sleep apnea for probably 15 years have a hard time adjusting the face it sucks here it's hard to find the right fit. Of course I do not sleep at night I am up and down all night long sometimes in the morning when I get up my mouth tastes like metal cuz anybody else have that problem

  1. I use a nasal mask, and don't need a chin strap, but some do. There's new options coming out soon for therapy including an implant. I think these options offer a lot of hope for patients. Best of luck on your journey. Warmly, Brian (Team Member) @

    1. @ yes but there are qualifications that you have to qualify to have this done I've talked to my sleep study doctor about it

  2. I tried all kinds of different ones but none of them are comfortable if you use the one that just covers your nose then you have to use a chin strap.Bernie

    1. Hi Bernie, Like you, I have had sleep apnea a long time. Have you tried the nasal cushion mini mask? I hated the full mask and couldn't readily sleep with it. With the small cushion nasal thing I sleep well. Paul
