I have only been using cpap for 5 nights. I have acne prone skin but my skin was pretty clear before using cpap. Now I have acne on and around my nose. I've been cleaning the mask daily. My mask is the airfit F30, full mask.

I have acne prone skin as well. I noticed I started to get more breakout with my full face mask. I added a charcoal face mask into my routine 3 times a week. I also started washing my face right before I put my mask on and first thing in the morning. I sweat in my sleep a lot so it felt like the mask was just trapping the oils in at night. I hope this help. Warmly, Brittany (Team Member and Advocate)

, so sorry you're experiencing acne again due to using your cpap. I found an external source, who we are not affiliated with, that has some sufficient recommendations of steps you can take to address your skin concerns while using your full mask: https://www.sleepomaha.com/blog/how-to-deal-with-acne-related-to-cpap/
Hope this helps, and wishing you all the best. Kailah H (SA Team Member)
