Hello everyone!
One of the best parts of being a team member for this site is learning from all of you. So can anyone give me tips on how to manage sleep apnea with chronic pain? I feel less able to tolerate my CPAP when I am in pain. Any tips?
Hi , thank you for the recommendations. It certainly can be challenging to live with both sleep apnea and chronic pain conditions. I do enjoy yoga but have fallen off the wagon. I hope to get back on track. Thanks again! -Isela (Team Member)

Hi, continuous positive airway pressure in severe sleep apnea will reduce chronic pain sensitivity. You can also follow some tips to sleep with chronic pain :
Consume foods that promote sleep
Practice yoga daily
Take slow deep breaths to get to sleep and fall back asleep
Take a short walk in the evening.
Hope you will feel better after following these tips regularly.
