A Tad Concerned Over Closed Eye EEG Results

Hello one and all.

My closed eye EEG strobe light results revealed:

"Posterior background activity consists of 9.0-9.5 cycle/sec unresponsive to eyes movements. In anterior head region 15-18 cycling/sec activity was registered."

It went on to state:

"During this recording

Patient became drowsy and : fell asleep, reaching stage I of sleep."

The only thing is I never went to sleep, yet my brain waves indicated otherwise.

Will be speaking to my sleep pulmonologist about this later during the week, as something appears off.

My brain MRI noted inflammation and lesions.

Just trying to make sense of it all, as a better quality of life is what i'm striving for, now that i've been using my cpap machine regularly for a few weeks.

  1. Hello! I'm happy to hear that you'll be seeing the Pulmonologist! Sending positive energy your way! You mentioned using my CPAP machine regularly for a few weeks. How is that going?
