Could use a hand interpreting some of the data.

Hello, this is my third time trying Pap therapy since being diagnosed w/ OSA. My AHI never tells the story of how I feel, constantly exhausted and hypoxic.
Could someone help dial-in my settings based on these reports?

First one is last night ResMed air curve 11 V auto mode f20 full face mask.

Second one is a few nights back, trying straight CPAP mode at 12, tried that again, but the leaks were way too high.

Biggest concern is my RR, curious if there’s some tweaking that could be done to improve. I’ve seen it hit around 3.2 minimum, don’t know if that’s due to apnea or what.
Appreciate any and all help.

  1. If you are constantly feeling hypoxic, I wonder if it would be worth seeing a pulmonologist to see if there is more going on than simple sleep apnea. You could also talk to your doctor about adjusting your flow needs or even switching to a different type of device, like BiPAP. Let us know what you find out from your medical team. -Melissa, team member

    1. Hi . I wish we could help, but we are not medical experts, so it wouldn't be safe for us to give you that kind of advice. Have you messaged your doctor? Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
