Sleep Apnea Community Advocate Isela NatalyIsela is a social worker living in Phoenix, Arizona. She was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in 2021. With dual diagnoses of sleep apnea and suppurativa, Isela has a lot to share about living with chronic illnesses! She is currently adapting to a CPAP machine but is exploring other options for treatment. As she adjusts to this diagnosis, she hopes to write about her experiences and share her journey.

Isela’s goal is to continue to learn about sleep apnea and connect with you all in her role as an advocate. Isela received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
