Prevents rainout

Recently, I discovered the benefit of having my CPAP hose supported and elevated above my head. One of the benefits is to prevent rainout. This is when moisture builds up in the hose and leaks onto your face. Trust me, it's a very weird and uncomfortable feeling to wake up to.

Prevents tangles

Another benefit for me is that it prevents the hose from getting tangled and twisted up under my head or body if I change positions during the night.

In this video, I share my CPAP setup and a simple and inexpensive hose lift that I use that's greatly improved my sleep and CPAP usage.
