Cleaning My CPAP

Cleaning your continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine properly is vital for maintaining the equipment and using it safely. In this video, I demonstrate how I disassemble and clean my equipment.

Without regular cleaning with hot, soapy water, bacteria can take over and develop into mold or mildew. I hope this video helps people new to CPAP therapy or reminds long-time users to regularly clean everything.
