My Sleep Apnea Story

After the sleep apnea diagnosis

When I was notified that I had it. I saw a therapist who fitted me with the proper equipment, that was around 2010. I have used the machine religiously since. My wife had said that I quit breathing at times during the night but I don’t now. Can’t really tell if my sleep has improved but if my doctor says that I need it, I‘ll use it.
