Alida Davis Abdullah
Alida Davis Abdullah is a wife, mother of four, and K-12 educator that has served in numerous educational capacities and settings over the past 20 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Education from Walden University. She was initially diagnosed with Sleep Apnea in 2009, shortly after the birth of her eldest daughter, and her biggest battle with her diagnosis is working to control her hypertension. She also battles wearing her CPAP nightly and making sure that she keeps her thick curly hair under control while wearing the mask. She is currently studying to become a Functional Nutrition Counselor to learn more about the root causes of dis-ease and how to find healing from a holistic perspective.
